We are currently redeveloping five former garage sites in Hemel Hempstead and Kings Langley. Work has begun on each site, with a total of 19 houses and six apartments being provided, with completion expected in spring 2024. The sites are located at:

- Dione Road, Hemel Hempstead
- Housewood End, Hemel Hempstead
- Sempill Road, Hemel Hempstead
- Sleddale, Hemel Hempstead
Marchmont, Hemel Hempstead
The Marchmont Fields site is located to the south of the existing Grovehill Estate in north Hemel Hempstead. The scheme will deliver 32 new homes, including 14 houses and 18 apartments for social rent, and is scheduled for completion in spring 2025.
St Margaret’s Way, Hemel Hempstead
A development of 46 new homes for social rent, including 30 apartments and 16 houses, in Leverstock Green. We have appointed a contractor, with work starting on site in spring 2023. The scheme is scheduled for completion in 2024.
Randalls Ride, Highfield, Hemel Hempstead
This development will form part of the regeneration of an existing housing and garage site in Hemel Hempstead. Planning permission has been granted for 30 apartments, with a mix of one and two-bed accommodation and communal parking. The development is on track to be completed in 2024.
Eastwick Row, Adeyfield, Hemel Hempstead
Planning permission has been obtained for 34 new homes to be let as social housing. The area surrounding the existing blocks will be redesigned to provide more parking spaces as well as creating well-lit paths. Construction has started on site, with work expected to be completed in winter 2023.
Mountbatten View (Paradise Fields)
We have acquired a large piece of land at Paradise Fields, St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead from Homes England. The Paradise Fields development will accommodate new apartments, comprising 58 units, a mix of one and two-bed accommodation, communal parking and landscaped garden facilities. Work began on site in the summer 2022 and is progressing on Blocks A and B. The properties are scheduled for completion in 2024.
We’re working on plans to redevelop the Paradise Depot site, located on the Paradise Industrial Estate in Hemel Hempstead. It is proposed that the site - which currently contains a food bank, depot and offices run by the local homeless charity DENS - will be redeveloped to accommodate 56 apartments, with a mix of one and two-bed homes and a new centre for DENS. Planning permission was granted in January 2023.
